Our classic beef wellington is made with a beautiful centre cut of British beef fillet, surrounded by pâté, mushrooms and our homemade puff pastry to create a showstopping centrepiece.

Cooking Tips
Allow the wellington to get to room temperature before cooking. Cover with a glaze (egg wash)
Small: place on a baking tray at 180c for 20-25 minutes
Large: Place on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 180c for 35-40 minutes.
once cooked, allow to rest for at least 5 minutes before carving.
